Why need financial?

Europian Union (EU) yesterday made first announcement plan in order to supply emergency provision amount of $700 millions euro to greece and other countriesue of to solve refugees problem.

Provision has had been distributed along 3 years with 300 millions euro at 2015 and 200 millions euro for incoming years. 

Refers to Christos Stylian Humanitary aids commissioner, saying "we couldnt wasting our time in reducing those suffer by refugees at our boder. Because of this provision it absolutely quicker among partnership countries.

As if been passed partnership countries and European Parliment and other agencies. He was not exposed stated how much been given to Greece whichever requested about 480 millions euro to help 100,000 those helpless refugees. Plus, he admited that Greece is the top priority.

Somehow, those provision werent been taken from Humanitarity voluntory  programme EU existence which about 1.2 billion euro in helping those refugees.

Moreover, the new mechanisme has been lauched when EU countries shown capasity unable to cover those critical situation, not just refugees matters but also accident, chemical nor nuclear, desease and terrorist.

Greece soucre stated, AFP, half of those provision would cover 50,000 refugees at camps, and the rest for hotel.

On the ground, thousands of migrants continued to mass on Greece's northern border with Macedonia, where the Idomeni camp is designed to accomodate up to 1,500 people but is sheltering more than 7,000 people.

Thus, as supply of accomodation was limited and food whichever able to cover 1,500 people been distributed more 7,000 people, then, it cause burden amongt them. What's make me wonder was, arent those authorities whom been launched war, weapon not thinking over these problem would arise among villagers who living in war place.

Hundreds of refugees tried to robust fence which been placed between Greece-Macedonia with their own created medium.
